The Head of Corporate Communications oversees all communications involving the organization including the development and implementation of the internal- and external communications strategy. In the role, you will lead the overall coordination of the news flow from Alimak Group and the coordination of communication activities within Alimak Group to set the desired image of the company as well as facilitating and improving communication channels among employees and executive leadership, to ensure that employees are familiar with the organizations mission, goals, policies, and expectations.
You will report to the Group’s Chief People & Culture Officer, work in close collaboration directly with the CEO, CFO and other members of the Group Leadership team. You will independently build an internal network with Divison managers in marketing, as well as local HR and other group functions such as Group Reporting, Sustainability and Strategy. The work is broad and you will be in contact with employees throughout the group.
Experience of Internal Communication and proactive press and PR work from a listed company and / or agency, minimum 5-10 years
Good business acumen
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English with copywriting experience
Excellent interpersonal, counseling, and coaching skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Proficiency in Google Analytics and similar tools
Academic degree or equivalent – preferably with a focus on communication and media or economics
